I started Healthy Home Plus back in the bicentennial year of 1976. We now employ three full-time cleaning technicians in addition to our office manager. My plan is to add two additional cleaning vans in the spring of 2012. As you can see, we are still a small business, and we all prefer to keep it that way. Everyone involved is a big part of the business and we want to keep a tight camaraderie between us. As the owner I am very involved in the day-to-day operation of the business and I am always there for anyone that needs my assistance. This is how I prefer that the business would continue to run. After thirty six years in business, we now have over 1,000 of the most awesome clients that we work for on a regular basis, and this number continues to grow on a daily basis. The position of Carpet Cleaning Technician or Carpet Evaluator for Healthy Home Plus is a very rewarding experience for the team member, as well as the clients that you come into contact with. No previous carpet cleaning experience is required, but your ability to work with people is a definite must. More important than being a carpet cleaning technician or Carpet Evaluator, you must be proficient in working with and communicating with the clients that we perform services for.
I need good people to train to be future area managers. I'll pay up to $25.00 per hour to start if you have the right background...a little less if you have no background at all. You will also earn generous bonuses based on our clients reviews and testimonials of your work. You'll learn by doing, from the bottom up. Most of all, I want to give you the chance to grow with us.

You are a person of your word and want to be an accountable member of a fantastic team. A good work ethic, as carpet cleaning definitely involves manual labor and a strict attention to detail. A valid CA driver's license and an excellent driving record. The ability to have fun. This is a very enjoyable place to work.
The following is a list of the skills you will learn during your first 90 days of training in order to be a successful member of our team: You will learn how to effectively communicate with people. You will become a teacher to our clients that they will respect and trust. You will be in the process of learning proper cleaning methods and becoming an expert in the field of cleaning and restoration. This will also include instruction by IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification) and certification testing that will be paid for by the company.
